I updated Fallout with the Next Gen patch and continued playing off-stream up to where the previous stream concluded.

Embarking on a new gaming adventure, I’ve decided to go Vanilla – not a mod in sight. My goal is to avoid hoarding loot like a hamster preparing for winter; only the essentials will be collected.

Base building? Only what’s strictly necessary. The challenge is real without my trusty keyboard and mouse duo, making character control a bit like herding cats.

And quests? I’m on a beeline for them, no detours or dilly-dallying in unnecessary buildings. Let’s see how long this ‘try my best’ approach lasts before the siren call of side quests and shiny objects proves too tempting to resist.
